OTP Group is one of the largest financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe. It has subsidiary banks in Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Montenegro, and Russia.

Challenge

OTP Bank needed to test its newly developed Smart Bank mobile app for functionality, design and graphical standards, and usability on iOS and Android platformers. The bank contracted the task to Develonica. 

Solution

Develonica chose HP ALM as its primary tool. Result

The manual testing discovered about 40 previously undetected bugs in the application.

This outcome helped Develonica identify and resolve all the functional problems with the app. 

Manual testing performed by Develonica made it possible to promptly discover and resolve functional problems in the system prior to its installation at the Bank.
