Develonica’s Facility Management Solution is a suite of applications based on the Microsoft Power Platform. It provides step-by-step instructions to facility managers in your organization to oversee and prepare for the safe reopening and readiness of their facilities, as employees get ready to head back to the office.

In modern offices, employees share the same working space and equipment. When space is shared, no one is specifically tasked with the upkeep of that space. Information regarding broken equipment or dwindling office supplies may not be communicated to the management team in a timely manner. This creates an issue for the facility management team.

Develonica’s Facility Management Solution equips you with a host of applications and tools to keep track of everything to ensure the health, safety, and productivity of your workforce. Extensions like “Report an Issue” allow for equipment tracking, spare parts availability, maintenance schedules, sending work orders to maintenance team, office space/meeting room availability, sanitation scheduling, and tracking QR-codes attached to each location and office space/meeting rooms, along with daily facility readiness. 

These applications are based on the Microsoft Power Platform while the Employee and Office Manager Mobile Applications run within the Microsoft Teams environment.
