Develonica today announced the availability of Workplace Booking App on Microsoft AppSource, an online cloud marketplace providing tailored line-of-business solutions.
Develonica’s app helps employees make informed decisions around workplace seating arrangements by allowing real-time access to available desks. Employees can choose their preferred date, time, and location, as well as specific floor or wing of the office, and then reserve their spot through the app.
Employers can also access data to check future and past bookings, total number of bookings during a given period (week/month/quarter/year) as well as determine location of the most and least popular desks. The app also tracks the number of cancellations.
Develonica’s Office Manager version of this application allows management and employees with similar managerial roles to book desks as per their rank and preference.
“It is important to create a harmonious, productive, and agile workplace experience as we navigate these difficult times and return to work,” said Anatoly Gaidai, CTO, Develonica. “One of the challenges of a hybrid workplace is not knowing if you will find a seat that meets your accessibility requirement or next to a colleague you wish to collaborate with, and that can cause friction or affect productivity. Our app can eliminate that stress factor and streamline operations around allocating available workstations.”
Develonica’s application uses Microsoft Power Apps to quickly create these business applications and Microsoft Dataverse for Teams to store all the data and reporting capabilities.
“Through Microsoft AppSource, customers around the world can easily find tailored line-of-business partner solutions that work with the products they already use,” said Toby Bowers, General Manager, Business Applications Group, Microsoft Corp. “We’re happy to welcome Develonica’s solution to the growing AppSource ecosystem.”
