Integration of internal and external portals

Solution

Within the project on development of internal and external corporate portals for the Kaluga University, close integration of these systems was implemented that allowed to optimize a number of internal processes and to avoid duplication of efforts.

Examples:

• Related calendars. The events created by the employees in a personal calendar can be published on an external portal in one click, making them accessible to visitors.
• Materials. Posted on an internal portal documents, for example, lists of the enrolled students, can be made accessible and from an external site.
